The service
Reef is an AI assistant that, once you connect a third-party account such as Zoom, can perform actions within that service on your behalf. The tool operates only within the permissions you grant and on your own data.
Your account and connected services
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account and have the right to connect any third-party services. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to others' data, interfere with the service infrastructure, or use the service to send unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Intellectual property
Reef and its branding are owned by Lobster Computer, Inc. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the service as intended.
Disclaimers
Reef is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may disconnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service.
Changes
Updates to these Terms will be marked with a revised date; continued use indicates acceptance.
